Position Details:

  • Location: Everett, WA

  • Schedule Options:

    • 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $20.24 – $22.24 per hour, with opportunities for overtime

  • Employment Type: Temp-to-hire, with a potential for permanent placement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble small, intricate components using hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment with precision and attention to detail.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.

  • Perform detailed inspections and testing to verify product quality and functionality.

  • Label, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment, maintaining accuracy and organization.

  • Follow strict safety protocols and uphold a clean, organized workspace to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 6 months’ relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly.

  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English for safety and training purposes.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Skilled in reading blueprints and diagrams.

  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.

  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours, walk within the facility, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $20.24 to $22.24 per hour
