Wiring Harness Assembler
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time Mo-Fr 6:45 AM-4:30 PMWe are hiring Wiring Harness Assemblers to join our manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work. Previous wiring harness assembly experience is preferred but not required—training is available.
Responsibilities
Assemble wiring harnesses according to work instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
Use hand tools such as wire crimpers, wire strippers, cutters, and other assembly equipment.
Route, bundle, and secure wires according to quality standards.
Perform basic inspections to ensure completed assemblies meet accuracy and quality requirements.
Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and production documents.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet production goals while following all safety and quality requirements.
Qualifications
Previous wiring harness assembly experience preferred, but not required.
Experience using wire crimpers, wire strippers, and other hand tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.

Pay Details: $18.00 per week
