Warehouse Associate

Location: Bassett, VA
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:45 PM - 10:45 PM, Monday-Friday)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Environment: Non-climate-controlled warehouse

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support the packaging and movement of plastic molded products within a manufacturing warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Pack plastic molded products with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Label and verify products before shipment.
• Move inventory safely throughout the warehouse.
• Complete written documentation accurately and legibly.
• Verify product counts and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols. 

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus during repetitive tasks.
• Ability to read, write, and complete documentation accurately.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
• Previous warehouse, production, packaging, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Frequently bend, reach, and lift throughout the day.
• Lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 

Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
