Job Summary

In this role, you will assemble products according to engineering specifications while maintaining high quality standards and meeting production goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products using engineering documents, work instructions, and specifications
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Operate computer systems to review production schedules and update job status
- Perform Go/No-Go testing according to established procedures
- Inspect parts and materials throughout the assembly process to ensure quality
- Assist in training and supporting team members as needed
- Perform material handling duties when required
- Help identify process improvements to increase productivity and quality
- Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams
- Complete and maintain required production documentation and records
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Up to 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing setting
- PPE required according to facility safety requirements
- Fast-paced production environment
- Standing, walking, and performing repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
