Pay Details: $20.00 per hour

- Inbound Logistics Coordination
- Supplier Communication and Issue Resolution
- Vendor and Product Setup
- Pricing and Sales Support
- Other tasks may be assigned by supervisor or ownership to support day-to-day administrative operations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
Skills and Competencies:
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Familiarity with ERP Systems,
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, ability to work cross-functionally with sales, Quality and Warehouse teams.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching during the course of daily office activities.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times (e.g., files, office supplies, packages).
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Visual acuity to read printed materials and a computer screen.
- Manual dexterity is sufficient to operate office equipment and perform clerical tasks.
- Daily Exposure to the production environment
