This highly visible role supports a workplace home to senior leaders, including our CEO. You'll play a key part in creating an exceptional employee and guest experience while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist employees, candidates, and visitors with a warm and professional approach
- Monitor and respond to Slack messages and office-related requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment
- Restock snacks, beverages, and workplace supplies
- Coordinate and support Boost Day lunch service on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Troubleshoot employee requests and connect team members with the appropriate workplace contacts
- Manage guest check-ins through Envoy and respond to intercom notifications
- Ensure every guest and employee has a positive experience from arrival to departure

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service mindset with a willingness to jump in and help
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Slack experience is a plus
- Comfortable interacting with executives and senior leaders while maintaining professionalism and discretion

- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
