Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in Bradenton, FL!
 
Type:                   60-Day Contract
Pay:                     $24/hour
Location:            Onsite in Bradenton, FL
Schedule:           8 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities Include:

  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.

  • Match invoices with receiving documents and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

  • Process payments for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and healthcare services.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation.

  • Ensure timely payment of invoices according to organizational policies and payment terms.

  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.

  • Monitor outstanding payables and prepare aging reports.

  • Maintain compliance with healthcare industry regulations and company financial controls.

  • Process employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card transactions as required.

  • Assist with audits by providing requested documentation and financial records.

  • Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and efficiencies.

Requirements Include:

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • Associate's degree preferred

  • 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within a healthcare setting

  • MUST be proficient with GREAT PLAINS

  • ZIP knowledge preferred

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
