Accounts Payable

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Accounting Clerk positions in Edgewood, NY. Responsibilities:

· Create new vendor accounts in Microsoft Navision and maintain vendor information
· Create purchase orders in ERP system, place orders with vendors, and ensure purchases have proper approval
· Post vendor invoices, maintain recurring payables, and process intercompany invoices
· Process payments, prepare checks for signature and mailing, and assist with year-end 1099s and audit schedules

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field
· 3-5 years accounts payable experience
· ERP system experience required; Microsoft Navision experience preferred
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word

· Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Pay Details: $26.44 to $28.85 per hour
