Responsibilities:

• Process membership cancellation requests in Oracle, Salesforce (SFDC), and related systems.

• Maintain and update cancellation tracking logs and member records.

• Process membership agreement changes and account updates.

• Handle FBC+ cancellation requests and related documentation.

• Respond to member inquiries regarding cancellations, billing, refunds, and account status.

• Process member refunds accurately and within established timelines.

• Maintain electronic member files and records.

• Participate in team meetings and support departmental initiatives.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance when handling sensitive customer information.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 year of experience in accounting,

• High school diploma or higher.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
