Accountant

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for a Senior Accountant in Berea, OH. • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Support daily general accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Assist with project accounting activities, tracking project costs, budgets, and financial performance for construction-related projects
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies
• Provide accounting and operational support to Ohio and Michigan locations while working closely with the Controller

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Hands-on experience or exposure to project accounting, preferably within a construction or project-based environment
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation processes

Pay Details: $33.00 per hour
