Duration: Through December 31, 2027 (may be extended or shortened based on business needs and performance)
About the Role
Support New Mexico Medicaid members and healthcare providers by answering questions regarding eligibility, claims status, and healthcare programs. This role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of call center experience
High School Diploma or GED
Data entry and computer proficiency
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass a background check
Schedule
Training: 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM MST
Must have open availability Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM MST
Shifts are assigned based on business needs
Work From Home Requirements
Must live and work in New Mexico
Quiet, private workspace
Reliable high-speed internet
Must connect directly to modem/router with an Ethernet cable
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
Research and resolve customer inquiries
Document customer interactions accurately
Follow scripts and procedures
Escalate issues when necessary
Deliver exceptional customer service
Pay Details: $19.90 per hour
