3rd shift Onsite Supervisor

Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to support our client’s distribution facility (Onsite) in Rock Hill, SC.  The Onsite Supervisor will work to execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customer orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct. Our goal is to provide applicants with employment, and clients with skilled associates that are well-matched to their unique hiring needs.

This is a contract position that could turn to a permanent placement for the right candidate. This is a full-time, third shift position Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required.  Pay rate will range $22-24/hr depending on experience.?? 

 

Responsibilities for this Onsite Supervisor role include: 

• Monitoring attendance and issuing correctives when required
• Helping associates with daily issues
• Working with client Supervisors daily to help with any concerns
• Conducting safety walks/audits
• Issuing correctives for performance issues
• Working with Onsite Management to resolve issues during shift
• Documenting profiles in computer system

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; recruiting experience a plus. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks. Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
