Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: May begin as early as 6:00 AM with strong overtime opportunities available.

We're seeking dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team in Arden, NC. In this role, you'll use warehouse equipment to move inventory, build customer orders, and prepare shipments that keep businesses running. What You'll Do

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently

• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, stock pickers, and pallet jacks

• Move products throughout the warehouse and store inventory in designated locations

• Build accurate customer orders for shipment

• Pick, pack, label, weigh, and prepare products for shipping

• Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy

• Repack and strap shipments as needed

• Complete required paperwork accurately

• Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance

• Charge and change forklift batteries

• Assist with physical inventory counts

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company standards

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, stock pickers, and pallet jacks required

• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices

• Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English

• Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly

• Ability to work a minimum of 8-hour shifts with overtime as needed

• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a warehouse environment

Pay Details: $19.83 per hour
