A leading food manufacturer is hiring a 2nd Shift Shipping Lift Truck Operator to help keep products moving from the warehouse to outbound shipments. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are loaded accurately, delivered on time, and handled safely throughout the shipping process.

Schedule

  • Sunday–Thursday | 2:20 PM–10:30 PM

  • Mandatory overtime on Fridays

Pay

  • $24.00/hour starting pay

  • $24.50/hour after 60 days

What You'll Do

  • Operate a lift truck safely throughout the warehouse and shipping areas

  • Load and unload trailers

  • Move and stage products for outbound shipments

  • Maintain organized inventory locations

  • Follow all warehouse and safety procedures

What Success Looks Like

  • Shipments are loaded accurately and on schedule

  • Products are moved safely with minimal damage

  • Warehouse areas remain organized and efficient

  • Strong attendance and dependable performance

What We're Looking For

  • Previous forklift/lift truck experience preferred

  • Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Growth Opportunity

Associates who demonstrate strong attendance and performance may be considered for a direct hire opportunity after 90 days.

Orientation Requirements

  • Bring a packed lunch

  • Be prepared to work after orientation

  • Wear a white, dark blue, or high-visibility yellow shirt

  • Wear dark blue pants, shorts, skirts, or capris (knee-length or longer)

  • Closed-toe shoes required

Steel-toe overshoes are provided and must be worn in designated forklift battery-changing areas.



Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
