2nd Shift Shipping Lift Truck Operator

A leading food manufacturer is hiring a 2nd Shift Shipping Lift Truck Operator to help keep products moving from the warehouse to outbound shipments. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are loaded accurately, delivered on time, and handled safely throughout the shipping process.
Schedule
Sunday–Thursday | 2:20 PM–10:30 PM
Mandatory overtime on Fridays
Pay
$24.00/hour starting pay
$24.50/hour after 60 days
What You'll Do
Operate a lift truck safely throughout the warehouse and shipping areas
Load and unload trailers
Move and stage products for outbound shipments
Maintain organized inventory locations
Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
What Success Looks Like
Shipments are loaded accurately and on schedule
Products are moved safely with minimal damage
Warehouse areas remain organized and efficient
Strong attendance and dependable performance
What We're Looking For
Previous forklift/lift truck experience preferred
Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Growth Opportunity
Associates who demonstrate strong attendance and performance may be considered for a direct hire opportunity after 90 days.
Orientation Requirements
Bring a packed lunch
Be prepared to work after orientation
Wear a white, dark blue, or high-visibility yellow shirt
Wear dark blue pants, shorts, skirts, or capris (knee-length or longer)
Closed-toe shoes required
Steel-toe overshoes are provided and must be worn in designated forklift battery-changing areas.
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
