Pay Rate: $18.25/hour

Adecco is currently hiring Production Associates for Ariel Corporation in Newark, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected manufacturing company while enjoying a consistent four-day workweek and competitive starting pay.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and package components according to quality standards
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team goals by meeting daily production expectations
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Pay Details: $18.25 per hour
