Nationality : Saudi

Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting

   To maximize the revenue

•           To coordinate successful sales and catering bookings

•           To administer all policies and procedures relating to sales and caterings

•           Coordinate with FAMA Head Office finance department to develop computerized accounting system.

•           To ensure that all the books of accounts and general ledger are efficiently maintained according to the generally accepted accounting principles & standards.

•           Prepare annual budget with breakdown in quarters and months.

•           Exercise budgetary control.

•           Control the day-to-day routine work of the accountants and cashiers.

•           To audit the payment vouchers prepared by the accountant.

•           Dealing with the banks.

•           Dealing with the auditors.

•           Prepare financial reports for G.M. and FAMA holdings regularly. For example, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss a/c, Budget, Sales Reports, Cash & Bank situation report, and any interim report required from time to time.

•           Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement monthly.
