Junior Supply Planner Intern

We are looking for a Junior Supply Planner Intern to join the Global Supply Planning Team in Bolton Food based in Italy, Milan.
How you make the difference
You will join the Global Supply Planning team to support the flow of food products from our production plants to worldwide markets. You will contribute to the execution of supply plans, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
How your agenda looks like:
Planning Support: Assist in developing weekly and monthly supply plans to ensure resource capacity meets market demand.
Production Monitoring: Collaborate with plants to monitor execution and support decision-making during plan disruptions.
S&OE & S&OP: Support the S&OE routine and S&OP cycles by preparing KPIs, data analysis, and relevant insights.
Inventory Analysis: Support the monitoring of stock levels to identify slow-moving products and potential obsolescence risks
Reporting & Data: Use Excel to maintain supply planning models and implement new reporting tools or dashboards.
KPI Monitoring: Track supply chain performance to identify and mitigate potential risks.k.
Cross-functional Projects: Work with Demand Planning, Marketing, Logistics, and Procurement on innovation and improvement projects.
Your team:
You will report directly to the Supply Planning Manager of Bolton Food.
What makes you a great fit:
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
Analytical Mindset: strong interest in data analysis with the ability to identify trends and provide basic insights from complex datasets.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Query, Macro, and BI tools)
Fluent in English, Spanish as a plus.
