Junior Maintenance Engineer Intern

Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.

How you make the difference:
You will support the optimization of maintenance processes, ensuring alignment with the quality and cost standards set by the company.

How your agenda looks like:
-You will collaborate in defining operational maintenance priorities for your Factory and in evaluating the effectiveness of interventions;
-You will be involved in identifying any extraordinary maintenance needs of your Factory;
-You will collaborate with your manager to organize interventions involving, as needed, internal technicians, external companies, and/or suppliers;
You will ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures.

Your team:
-You will become part of the Industrial Team in Aprilia Plant, reporting to the Maintenance & Project Manager Italy.

What makes you a great fit:
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical/Food Engineering, Safety Management or similar;
-Previous experience in the role (not mandatory);
-Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel;
-Fluent use of the English language;
-Proactivity, accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
