Internal Sales Specialist - Italian Speaker

Adecco is recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology solutions distributor for an Internal Sales Specialist - Italian Speaker to join a growing European sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, Data Center and Infrastructure solutions, while developing your commercial career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop business opportunities within the German market.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and manage customer requests.
- Process orders accurately and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Purchasing, Finance and Product teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Requisitos
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Italian (native or professional level).
- Advanced English, as it is the daily working language within the international team.
- At least 2 years of experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service with a commercial focus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, energetic and team-oriented mindset.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn.

What's on Offer
- Hybrid model (3 days working from home)
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00, Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
- Competitive compensation package with fixed salary and performance-based bonus.
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): €35,000-€36,000 gross per year
