Warehouse Packaging Associate

Adecco is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Packaging Associates in Warsaw, IN. This is an immediate opening with a leading client, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package, seal, and label medical devices accurately according to work orders and company standards

• Inspect materials for defects or discrepancies and report any issues promptly

• Perform kitting, assembly, and final quality checks on orders

• Operate packaging equipment, heat-sealers, and hand tools safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with SOPs and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Entry-level role—no prior experience necessary

• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures, quality control processes, and safety guidelines

• Capable of operating packaging machinery and hand tools safely

• Strong attention to detail for inspection and documentation tasks

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and safely

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
