Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Picker/Packer Associate TEMPOARY 2 Weeks
LOCATION: Hawthorne, NY 
PAY: $25

Job Summary:
Responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and experience using warehouse equipment and technology such as RF scanners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pick products from inventory based on customer orders using an RF scanner/scanning device.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy.
• Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.
• Label packages and ensure proper shipping documentation is completed.
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory, update order status, and confirm product movement.
• Perform sorting, counting, and quality checks of products.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
• Meet daily production and accuracy goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.

 

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
