Stand Up Forklift Operator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a stand-up forklift to safely transport, load, unload, and store materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products.
Pick and replenish inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
Transport materials to production, shipping, or storage areas.
Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues.
Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling and organization of products.
Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and cycle counting as needed.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Meet productivity and quality standards while minimizing product damage.
Qualifications
Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift required.
Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified).
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, reach, twist, and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
Comfortable operating equipment throughout an entire shift.

Schedule: Full-time; overtime and weekends may be required based on business needs.
Work Environment: Warehouse/distribution center with frequent forklift operation and material handling.
Pay Details: $13.50 to $14.50 per hour
