Adecco is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract)
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Compensation: $35–$40/hour

About the Role
Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support
high?volume and specialized recruiting needs across both retail and corporate functions. This
role requires a tenured sourcing professional with deep market knowledge, advanced search
capability, and the ability to deliver qualified candidates quickly in a fast?moving environment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter — someone who thrives on building pipelines,
engaging passive talent, and partnering closely with recruiters to accelerate hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
? Candidate Sourcing — Build targeted pipelines using Boolean search, social platforms,
job boards, niche sites, and direct outreach.
? Market Research — Analyze talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and
compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategy.
? Screening & Qualification — Conduct initial candidate assessments to determine
alignment with role requirements and organizational fit.
? Pipeline Management — Maintain organized, active pipelines for multiple requisitions
simultaneously.
? Collaboration with Recruiters — Partner closely with TA Partners to hand off qualified
candidates and support interview scheduling as needed.
? ATS Navigation — Utilize ADP Recruiting workflows to track candidate movement,
update statuses, and ensure data accuracy.
? Direct Outreach — Engage passive candidates through personalized messaging and
follow?up.
? Reporting — Provide weekly updates on pipeline activity, outreach volume, and
candidate progress.
Required Qualifications
? 7–10+ years of professional sourcing or recruiting experience (retail + corporate strongly
preferred).
? Demonstrated success sourcing for high?volume, specialized, and hard?to?fill roles.
? Strong proficiency with ADP Recruiting or similar enterprise ATS platforms.
? Advanced Boolean search capability and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
Resume, and other sourcing tools.
? Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Austin, TX.
? Strong communication skills and ability to partner with multiple stakeholders.
? High urgency, strong follow?through, and comfort working in fast?moving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience supporting nonprofit, education, or mission?driven organizations.
? Experience sourcing leadership roles (Campus Directors, Managers, etc.).
? Familiarity with Texas labor markets and regional talent pools.



Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
