One of my Veteran-owned clients is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor who understands the entire shipping lifecycle—from order fulfillment and inventory management to final shipment and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with RF Smart and NetSuite, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for operational excellence.

What You'll Do
Oversee and support daily shipping and receiving operations.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage.
Process receipts and inventory transactions using RF Smart and NetSuite.
Verify quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity within the warehouse management system.
Partner with Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse teams to quickly resolve discrepancies and inventory issues.
Help drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement throughout the shipping process.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards.
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with RF Smart and NetSuite is required.
Strong understanding of warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
Proven leadership skills with a willingness to lead by example.
Ability to safely lift 25–50 lbs independently; team lifting required for items over 50 lbs.
Current forklift certification preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Strong work ethic and a genuine sense of pride in producing high-quality work.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
