Shipping Supervisor

One of my Veteran-owned clients is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor who understands the entire shipping lifecycle—from order fulfillment and inventory management to final shipment and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with RF Smart and NetSuite, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and support daily shipping and receiving operations.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage.

• Process receipts and inventory transactions using RF Smart and NetSuite.

• Verify quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity within the warehouse management system.

• Partner with Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse teams to quickly resolve discrepancies and inventory issues.

• Help drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement throughout the shipping process.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with RF Smart and NetSuite is required.

• Strong understanding of warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.

• Proven leadership skills with a willingness to lead by example.

• Ability to safely lift 25–50 lbs independently; team lifting required for items over 50 lbs.

• Current forklift certification preferred.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Strong work ethic and a genuine sense of pride in producing high-quality work.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
