Adecco Staffing is working with a leading manufacturing company in Devens, MA to hire an experienced Senior Quality Engineer on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with experience in regulated manufacturing environments who is passionate about quality systems, validation, continuous improvement, and supporting new product development.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift

Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Devens, MA

Job Duties:

  • Lead and maintain quality validation, product qualification, and risk management programs

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design & Development Quality initiatives

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and documentation

  • Provide quality engineering support for product launches, process changes, and validation activities

  • Lead investigations into product and process nonconformities using root cause analysis and CAPA methodologies

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to drive quality improvements

  • Ensure design, process, and product changes are properly assessed, documented, and implemented

  • Support validation protocols, verification, and qualification activities

  • Participate in internal audits and prepare audit reports

  • Train and mentor employees on quality systems, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Supervise assigned quality team members and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards

  • Experience with product and process validation methodologies

  • Understanding of the product design and development lifecycle

  • Experience conducting internal audits; Lead Auditor certification is a plus

  • Proven success with continuous improvement, Lean methodologies, and CAPA processes

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead quality initiatives across multiple departments
