Adecco is Hiring a Quality Manager for a locaol client.
. This is Position starting immediately.!
Responsible for planning, directing, and continually improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, customer specifications, applicable regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. Provides leadership for quality assurance, quality control, auditing, customer and supplier quality, corrective actions, continual improvement initiatives, and Quality personnel while supporting safe, efficient, and profitable manufacturing operation
.Experience:
1. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive quality management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and leading Quality personnel. Experience with customer quality, supplier quality, auditing, and corrective action systems. Experience supporting APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and First Article Inspection (FAI) preferred.
2. Knowledge & Skills:
o Ability to lead and continually improve Quality Management Systems while establishing departmental objectives and driving cross-functional continual improvement initiatives.
o Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), process auditing, and quality engineering principles.
o Strong understanding of engineering drawings, CAD models, blueprint interpretation, GD&T, customer specifications, metrology, calibration systems, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.
o Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective continual improvement initiatives.
o Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
