We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Devens, MA. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards and customer requirements within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow documented procedures, and experience using inspection tools and quality documentation.
Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured components and finished products
Inspect assemblies and materials to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, procedures, and quality standards
Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
Review work orders, travelers, inspection reports, and manufacturing documentation
Identify defects, non-conformances, and quality issues; document findings and communicate concerns to appropriate teams
Support production teams by verifying processes are being followed correctly
Complete quality records accurately and maintain documentation according to company procedures
Assist with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, assembly, or a related field preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation
Experience using basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
Basic computer skills for entering inspection data and completing documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
