We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Devens, MA. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards and customer requirements within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow documented procedures, and experience using inspection tools and quality documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured components and finished products

• Inspect assemblies and materials to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, procedures, and quality standards

• Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment

• Review work orders, travelers, inspection reports, and manufacturing documentation

• Identify defects, non-conformances, and quality issues; document findings and communicate concerns to appropriate teams

• Support production teams by verifying processes are being followed correctly

• Complete quality records accurately and maintain documentation according to company procedures

• Assist with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, assembly, or a related field preferred

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation

• Experience using basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies

• Basic computer skills for entering inspection data and completing documentation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment

Schedule & Pay:

• Temp to hire opportunity

• 22/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
