Adecco Staffing is working with a leading manufacturing company in Devens, MA to hire an experienced QA Supervisor on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with leadership experience who is passionate about driving quality initiatives, maintaining compliance, and leading a high-performing QA/QC team in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
Salary: $77,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Devens, MA
Job Duties:

  • Authorize product release while ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements

  • Develop and manage incoming material inspection processes

  • Create and maintain quality control procedures, inspection criteria, and controlled documentation

  • Lead, mentor, and develop QA Technicians and QC Inspectors through training and resource planning

  • Maintain audit readiness and represent Quality Control during internal and customer audits

  • Lead investigations into manufacturing non-conformances and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

  • Monitor cleanroom bioburden and particulate levels, escalating deviations as needed

  • Track and report quality metrics, inspection performance, and trend analysis

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to improve quality and operational performance

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional quality-related responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher required

  • Minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in a QA Supervisor or leadership role

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or regulated production environment

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards

  • Experience investigating quality issues and implementing CAPA processes

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments

  • Ability to work independently while leading and developing a quality team
