The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery objectives are consistently achieved. This role provides floor-level leadership, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with QMS requirements and established production processes. The Production Supervisor acts as the primary link between Production Operators and the Production Manager and/or Operations Manager, enabling smooth production flow and development of capable, motivated teams.The ideal candidate provides quality workmanship and pays close attention to detail. Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
