Production Operator – 1st Shift

Adecco is currently hiring Production Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and looking for a stable career opportunity with overtime available, we want to hear from you!

Position Details

• Job Title: Production Operator

• Pay Rate $19- $20 DOE

• Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday)

• Overtime: Available as needed

• Training: First month of training will be conducted on 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) before transitioning to 1st Shift

• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (if applicable)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards

• Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Meet daily production goals and performance expectations

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work overtime when required

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
