Production Associate

Position Details:

• Location: Everett, WA

• Schedule Options:

  • Monday-Thursday, with shifts from 05:00 AM – 03:30 PM or 03:15 PM – 01:45 AM

  • Tuesday-Friday, with shifts from 05:00 AM – 03:30 PM or 03:15 PM – 01:45 AM

• Compensation: Starting at $20.24 - $22.24 per hour, with available overtime

• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire through Adecco

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production flows

• Load raw materials and components efficiently

• Inspect parts and products to meet quality standards

• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to assist in setup and troubleshooting

• Use hand and power tools effectively and safely

• Maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Follow safety procedures diligently and communicate safety concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 6 months relevant work experience in a manufacturing setting

• Ability to read, speak, and write English for safety and training purposes

• Basic computer skills

• Experience reading blueprints and diagrams

• Physically capable of standing for up to 10 hours and walking around the warehouse

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $20.24 to $22.24 per hour
