Product Engineer
Our client is seeking a Product Engineer to manage projects from initial customer quotation through production and delivery. In this role, you will be instrumental in introducing new products, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and applying advanced technical expertise to deliver high-quality, cost-effective engineering solutions.
This position requires strong knowledge of metallurgy, manufacturing processes, and engineering fundamentals, with an emphasis on developing efficient processes for superalloy investment castings that meet rigorous aerospace and other high-specification customer requirements.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven engineer who can analyze complex data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency—while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Manage engineering projects from quotation through production and sales support

Lead new product and process introductions

Apply metallurgical, process, and manufacturing expertise to define optimal casting methods

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve performance and efficiency

Ensure customer deliverables are met on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards

Interpret complex engineering drawings to support fabrication using exotic materials

Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to exceed expectations
Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

3–8 years of manufacturing experience; foundry experience preferred

Experience working directly with customers and contributing to design activities

Aerospace industry experience strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $95,000–$105,000, plus bonus potential

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
