🔬 Looking for your next opportunity in Sterile Processing? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring an experienced Process Technician to join a leading surgical healthcare facility in Parsippany, NJ! If you have experience processing surgical instruments—especially orthopedic instrumentation—we want to hear from you!

💰 Pay Rate:$26.00 - $31.00 per hour

📍 Location: Parsippany, NJ

🕒 Schedule

• Primarily Monday–Friday 9am-6pm

• Weekend availability may be required based on business needs

🔧 What You'll Do

• Clean, inspect, and process orthopedic surgical instruments

• Assemble, pack, and prepare surgical trays and instrument sets

• Operate sterilization and processing equipment safely and efficiently

• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Maintain processing equipment and clean work areas

• Support quality initiatives while ensuring patient safety and infection control standards

✅ Qualifications

✔ 3–5 years of Sterile Processing or SPD experience

✔ Experience handling surgical trays, instruments, and instrument sets

✔ Orthopedic instrumentation experience required

✔ Oncology orthopedic instrumentation experience highly preferred

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✔ Ability to work independently and in a team environment

✔ HSPA Certification is a plus (Not Required)

🏥 Equipment Experience

Experience with the following equipment is preferred:

• Tuttnauer Washer Disinfector

• Zenith Clean Line
