📍Location: Ft. Worth, TX

💰 Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

🕒 Schedule

✅ Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

✅ Occasional Tuesday-Saturday schedule during Saturday rotation coverage

What You'll Be Doing

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll help ensure medications and supplies are accurately packaged and shipped to patients while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities Include:

✔ Preparing medications and supplies for shipment

✔ Packing and shipping orders with accuracy and attention to detail

✔ Reviewing shipping manifests and verifying delivery information

✔ Restocking pharmacy supplies, coolers, and ice packs

✔ Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy and shipping area

✔ Reconciling shipping paperwork and invoices

✔ Assisting with inventory management and supply organization

✔ Securing pharmacy and storage areas at the end of the day

✔ Lifting and moving boxes up to approximately 25 pounds

✔ Working closely with pharmacy staff to resolve shipping-related questions

Qualifications Required:

✅ High School Diploma or GED

✅ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite 5 days per week

✅ Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift (up to 95% of the day)

✅ Team-oriented with strong communication skills

✅ Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day

Preferred:

⭐ Shipping, packing, warehouse, dock work, or mail service experience

⭐ Pharmacy fulfillment or specialty pharmacy experience

⭐ Inventory management experience

⭐ Strong organization and time management skills

⭐ Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
