Position Details

💲 Pay Rate: $60.00 per hour

📍 Location: Fort Worth, TX

🏢 Work Arrangement: ✅ Onsite for the first 6 months ✅ Potential to transition to a Hybrid schedule after meeting performance metrics ✅ Must reside within 1 hour of Fort Worth, TX

🕒 Schedule: Training: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST After Training: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST

💼 What You'll Do

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll serve as a critical member of the patient care team by providing clinical oversight, medication management, and exceptional patient support.

Your Responsibilities Include:

✅ Conduct comprehensive medication and pharmacotherapy reviews

✅ Counsel patients on new therapies and treatment plans

✅ Identify drug interactions, side effects, and compliance concerns

✅ Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, nurses, and healthcare providers

✅ Document clinical reviews and support individualized patient care plans

✅ Verify prescription accuracy and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations

✅ Oversee pharmacy technicians and daily pharmacy operations

✅ Support REMS programs and specialty pharmacy initiatives

✅ Deliver an outstanding patient experience through compassionate clinical care

✅ Assist with quality assurance, adverse event reporting, and regulatory compliance

🎯 What We're Looking For

✔ Current Texas Pharmacist License in good standing

✔ Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy

✔ 2–3+ years of direct patient counseling experience

✔ Strong clinical knowledge and medication management skills

✔ Excellent communication and patient education abilities

✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting

✔ Working knowledge of pharmacy operations, compliance, and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ 3–5+ years of clinical pharmacy or specialty pharmacy experience

⭐ BCOP Certification (or willingness to obtain when eligible)

⭐ Experience with oncology, specialty pharmacy, or complex disease management
