Position Summary
The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining packaging and production equipment in a manufacturing environment while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate automated packaging equipment.

  • Perform quality inspections and complete production documentation.

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.

  • Enter production data into manufacturing systems.

  • Follow GMP, safety, and work instruction requirements.

  • Support continuous improvement, cross-training, and team objectives.

  • Assist with machine adjustments and basic repairs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 1-4 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with automated equipment and production systems preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of GMP and regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime or weekends as needed.

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment requiring adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.



Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
