Manufacturing Associate

Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates at our client site in Clinton, MA where you’ll play a vital role in production processes for a premier employer. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career with competitive pay and growth potential.

In this role, you will be responsible for feeding raw materials into machinery, boxing finished items, labeling packages, performing quality control checks, and picking orders to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Operate and feed raw materials into manufacturing machines

·        Package products by boxing and labeling

·        Conduct quality control inspections to maintain product standards

·        Pick and prepare orders for shipment

Qualifications:

·        Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

·        Able to stand for entire shift

·        Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

·        Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts: 2 days on, 2 days off, including two weekends per month

·        Availability for day shifts (7am-7pm, $19/hr) or night shifts (7pm-7am, $22/hr)

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
