Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various production and packaging equipment efficiently and safely.

• Assemble, process, and inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Maintain smooth workflow processes to meet production quotas and customer specifications.

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, GMP, ISO, and other quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a productive and safe working environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude or prior equipment operation experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or quality standards is advantageous.

• Basic math, measurement, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in varying temperature conditions.

• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing business needs.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
