Adecco is hiring immediately for a Mill Operator / Tooling Production Associate in Ohio. This is a first-shift opportunity with a growing manufacturing company specializing in precision tooling and machined components. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates with manufacturing or machining experience who are looking to build a long-term career in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate milling machines and other shop equipment according to work instructions
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing, machining, or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to read measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Schedule & Pay:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Overtime may be available based on business needs
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
