Machine Operator

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Mill Operator / Tooling Production Associate in Ohio. This is a first-shift opportunity with a growing manufacturing company specializing in precision tooling and machined components. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates with manufacturing or machining experience who are looking to build a long-term career in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate milling machines and other shop equipment according to work instructions

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts

• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, machining, or machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to read measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

• Overtime may be available based on business needs

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
