Lead Machine Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Lead Extrusion Operator job in Erie, PA. As a Lead Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion machinery in addition to serving as a shift lead. 

Responsibilities for this Lead Operator job include:

• Overseeing production on a shift while ensuring machines, employees, and production schedules run efficiently.

• Operating polyethylene film extrusion equipment

• Operating automatic blending equipment

• Operating a fork truck

• Operating a hand cart

• Lifting up to 40 lbs.

• Operating an automatic stretch wrap machine

• Reading micrometers

• Reading a tape measure

• Using a calculator

• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Strong ruler reading skills

• Strong math skills

• Previous lead experience preferred

Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
