Job Description
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a Formulation Laboratory Associate for a leading global organization in the personal care and consumer products industry. This is a 5–6 month contract opportunity, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
Pay: Up to 22.9/hr
Job Summary
Under close supervision, this role performs routine laboratory and formulation support activities in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and project objectives. The position supports formulation development, stability testing, and documentation within a fast-paced laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order raw materials, prepare batches, and accurately document all experimental work in laboratory notebooks.
Perform and monitor stability testing on all formulations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail.
Communicate any stability issues or irregularities promptly to chemists and management.
Interface with cross-functional support teams by submitting and tracking testing requests through internal IT systems.
Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant documentation in alignment with lab and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field required.
4–6 years of relevant laboratory or formulation experience.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
Effective communication and ability to collaborate in a team-based environment.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.30 per hour
