Injection Molding Production Supervisor
Shift: 7pm-7am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Lead a High-Performing Manufacturing Team
Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader with injection molding experience who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Production Supervisor to lead shift operations, drive production efficiency, ensure product quality, and develop a high-performing team.
In this role, you'll oversee daily production activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing of high-quality products in an ISO-regulated environment.
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise shift operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost objectives.
Plan, assign, and coordinate the work of production personnel while promoting accountability and teamwork.
Train, coach, and develop production employees to ensure compliance with procedures, documentation, and quality standards.
Monitor production schedules, equipment performance, and staffing to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot injection molding equipment and production issues to maintain efficient operations.
Perform production order setup, changeovers, and conversions.
Review batch records and ensure manufacturing documentation is accurate and complete.
Issue Quality Incident Reports (QIRs) for non-conforming products and support corrective actions.
Monitor operator performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure accurate shift handoffs with complete documentation and communication.
Maintain shift logs to improve communication across departments.
Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives throughout production.
Release production orders and verify products are manufactured according to approved specifications.
Assist with monthly inventory activities in partnership with other departments.
Review quality management documentation and recommend improvements.
Conduct annual performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing production experience.
Previous experience supervising manufacturing or production teams.
Experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment required.
Experience working within an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
Experience troubleshooting production equipment and supporting process improvements.
Knowledge of production scheduling, changeovers, batch documentation, and quality systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Paylocity or other workforce management systems is a plus.
Ability to build a positive team culture while driving accountability and results.

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
