  • Pay: $24.00/hr

  • Shift/Hours: Mon – Fri  8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling confidential information, preparing reports, supporting department initiatives, and assisting with day-to-day executive operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive and leadership team.

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, conference calls, and business appointments.

  • Coordinate onsite, offsite, and virtual meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and agendas.

  • Arrange domestic and/or international travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.

  • Screen, prioritize, and process incoming communications and correspondence.

  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documentation.

  • Track departmental expenses and assist with annual budget monitoring.

  • Maintain department schedules, vacation tracking, and paid time off records.

  • Support departmental compliance initiatives and administrative processes.

  • Ensure accurate processing, filing, and retention of records and documentation.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding activities by coordinating required paperwork and collaborating with Human Resources.

  • Provide administrative and problem-solving assistance to other executive assistants as needed.

  • Help coordinate company-wide activities, events, and special projects on behalf of executive leadership.

  • Serve as a resource for internal teams requiring executive-level administrative support.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative, executive assistant, or related office support experience.

  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executives preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of administrative support practices and office procedures.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.

  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to interact effectively with employees at all organizational levels and with external vendors.



Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
