Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Engineering Technician positions in Southington, CT. Responsibilities:
Support R&D projects by building prototypes, conducting product testing, validating test methods, and analyzing engineering data
Perform laboratory, inventory, and equipment maintenance while ensuring a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
Assist with fixture design, sample inventory management, and troubleshooting equipment and testing processes
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to support product development, continuous improvement, and engineering initiatives
Requirements:
High School Diploma required plus 3-5 years of engineering technician experience in a manufacturing or testing environment, OR an Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
Basic knowledge of SolidWorks, technical drawing/drafting, Minitab, and mechanical engineering principles
Familiarity with GMP, FDA, ISO 9001 standards, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies
Ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, work independently, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

Pay: $26.41 - $34.74/hour

Pay Details: $26.41 to $34.74 per hour
