Electro Mechanical Assemblers

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of our cutting-edge consumer electronics products. Your precision, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will directly impact the functionality and reliability of our devices. You will work collaboratively with our production team to ensure that each product is assembled to the highest standards. 

What You Own: 

• Perform hands-on assembly of consumer electronics products following established manufacturing processes and guidelines.

• Work with a variety of components, parts, and tools to assemble devices, including soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects, inconsistencies, or discrepancies.

• Collaborate closely with the production team to meet production targets, deadlines, and quality standards. 

• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean workspace, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, technical drawings, and documentation accurately.

• Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise during the assembly process, working collaboratively to find solutions.

• Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools, performing routine maintenance as needed.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and product quality.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on progress and challenges.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control guidelines.  

What You Bring: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or vocational training is a plus or relevant years of experience.

• Previous experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly techniques.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Basic understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.

• Familiarity with assembly equipment and tools used in electronics manufacturing.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Adaptable and willing to learn new assembly techniques and processes.

• Safety-conscious with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 

Pay range: $19/hr. or more for DOE

M-F 8am- 5pm

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

• Manual dexterity for intricate assembly tasks.

• Lift and move objects weighing up to [50] pounds. 

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per week
