Job: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour
Shift: M–F, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Location: Solon, OH

We're seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Solon, OH.

Duties:

  • Assemble, frame, and test electro-mechanical assemblies and systems

  • Follow established specifications, procedures, and work instructions

  • Perform preliminary testing and quality checks on completed assemblies

  • Read and verify job orders for accuracy and completeness

  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with Engineering as needed

  • Maintain accurate production records using ERP systems

  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and testing fixtures

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly and testing experience

  • At least 1 year of electrical assembly and wiring experience

  • Strong mechanical assembly skills and experience using fasteners

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

  • Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and specifications

  • Comfortable using computers and ERP systems

  • Soldering experience is a plus

  • Clean, Team-Oriented Manufacturing Environment

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
