Job: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour
Shift: M–F, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Location: Solon, OH
We're seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Solon, OH.
Duties:
Assemble, frame, and test electro-mechanical assemblies and systems
Follow established specifications, procedures, and work instructions
Perform preliminary testing and quality checks on completed assemblies
Read and verify job orders for accuracy and completeness
Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with Engineering as needed
Maintain accurate production records using ERP systems
Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and testing fixtures
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly and testing experience
At least 1 year of electrical assembly and wiring experience
Strong mechanical assembly skills and experience using fasteners
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and specifications
Comfortable using computers and ERP systems
Soldering experience is a plus
Clean, Team-Oriented Manufacturing Environment

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
