We're seeking a dependable and motivated Dock Associate / Warehouse Associate to join a growing warehouse and distribution team. In this role, you'll support daily shipping and receiving operations by loading and unloading freight, organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, and ensuring materials are accurately processed and staged for shipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality.

  • Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders for shipment.

  • Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified).

  • Maintain accurate inventory by organizing stock and performing cycle counts as needed.

  • Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments.

  • Prepare shipping documentation and ensure orders are completed accurately.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, dock, or material handling experience preferred.

  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work around moving machinery.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
