Deburr Technician – 3rd Shift (Direct Hire)
Warren, MI | Up to $28.00/hour + 17% Shift Premium plus a $3,000 sign on bonus | Great Benefits | Overtime Available
The Adecco Permanent Recruitment team is seeking a Deburr Technician for a direct-hire opportunity with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Warren, MI. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing company producing precision components for both commercial and military aerospace programs.
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in deburring, grinding, or machining who takes pride in producing high-quality aerospace components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Must have experience with grinding by hand.
Schedule
3rd Shift: Sunday–Friday
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
Operate deburring and grinding equipment according to work instructions and quality standards.
Achieve required edge breaks and radii to meet customer specifications.
Select the appropriate deburring media based on part and job requirements.
Perform hand drilling, drill press operations, tapping, and basic assembly tasks.
Inspect parts for visual defects, burr removal, and proper surface finish.
Use precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, height gages, thread gages, and radius gages.
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications.
Complete work order documentation and maintain material traceability.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of experience in deburring, grinding, machining, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and measurement conversions.
Experience using precision measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Team-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
