Schedule: Monday-Friday

9:00 am-5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $21.50 an hour

Job Summary:

• Serves as primary point of contact for small volume customers and writes quotes for requested projects. 

• Works independently to follow-up with clients about quotes issued and maintain status in DCRM. 

• Works closely with Project Manager to ensure quotes accurately reflect client needs and are priced to be profitable and competitive.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Monitors DCRM for inbound leads, responds to inbound leads within 4 business hours

• Writes quotes for project requests from clients

• Routinely follows-up with clients about quotes issued and keeps DCRM up-to-date for owned activities

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Good fundamentals and ability to learn quickly

Education and Experience:

• B.S. in Chemistry or a related field

• Experience in a customer facing role

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 30 pounds on occasion

• Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time

• Walking throughout the day

• Ability to read and write

Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
