Responsibilities for Sr. Copy Writer include but are not limited to:
· Write with Purpose: Develop a wide range of customer communications, including clear instructions, informative updates, and engaging content designed to build trust and understanding during transitional periods.
· Collaborate Effectively: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists, and marketing partners, to ensure messaging is aligned, effective, and meets customer needs.
· Champion Clarity: Translate complex information into simple, accessible language, ensuring customers feel confident and well-informed.
· Follow Brand Guidelines: Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand voice, editorial standards, and messaging guidelines, including the underlying values, characteristics, and strategies that inform them. Make informed decisions when applying standards from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy across all communications.
· Embrace Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to evolving situations, adjusting your approach to accommodate changing strategies, timelines, and feedback. You'll find creative ways to apply your writing skills within established templates and systems.
· Lead with Initiative: Take ownership of your projects, managing timelines, navigating processes, and proactively seeking solutions under the guidance of your manager. As you gain experience, you'll be expected to operate with increasing autonomy.
· Make Smart Choices: Leverage your past experience and a strong sense of customer intuition to make informed decisions that prioritize clarity and ease of understanding.
· Deliver Excellence: Produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail, meeting deadlines consistently.
· Value Feedback: Actively listen to and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of your communications.
· Communicate Your Vision: Clearly articulate and present your work and rationale to stakeholders.
Candidates for Sr. Copy Writer must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience (3+ years) and a strong portfolio or military experience.
· Proven experience in copywriting or creative writing within a professional setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.

· Pay: $35/hr - $44/hr.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $44.00 per hour
